Cleo's Creature Care 

Hi, my name is Jess Gallagher. I am the founder and sole proprietor of Cleo’s Creature Care. It’s nice to
meet you! My background and educational experiences have included many aspects of the pet industry.

From pet grooming to doggy daycare, and everything in between, my experiences add up to nearly 8
years of working with animals. Please see my credentials page to read more about my education and training.

How did Cleo’s Creature Care come to be? I always wanted to work with animals and own my own
business. What better way to merge these two goals than to start Cleo’s Creature Care! The name stems
from my first pet, a cat named Cleo, who’s behavioral and health issues made it difficult for my Fiancé
and I to travel. The difficulties we faced in finding pet sitting care for animals with behavioral and
medical concerns sparked my interest in creating a business that did just that. Sadly, Cleo passed away
from cancer at a young age, but her legacy lives on in the namesake of this company, and motivates me
to provide the best care to other people’s pets.
Our current mascot of Cleo’s Creature Care is a Golden Retriever named Winter Storm (aka Win), a
Barkley’s Trick Dog Novice and K-9 Good Citizen STAR PUPPY. So please take the time to check out
